The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the business services industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
An ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
