Our client is a fast growing co-working ecosystem offering the startup and scaleup community the opportunity to learn and grow with each other. They are expanding across Australia and, looking for a key hire in South Australia, to grow the Adelaide Hub.
So, what is this role?
Sales & Community Management
* Show propspective members the office suites, conducting grand tours to drive conversion and boost occupancy rates.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing members and potential clients.
* Lead tours and engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of our community.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit occupancy targets.
Operations Management
* Work closely with the Sydney team to oversee daily operations for a smooth and efficient facility.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resources to optimize performance.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
Marketing and Promotion
* Collaborate with the Sydney marketing team to create local market campaigns to drive interest and promote the brand in the South Australian market.
* Spot and seize local marketing opportunities to boost visibility and attract members.
What We're Looking For
* Proven success working in a sales capacity within a coworking hub or, a commercial real estate sales role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, this will be a stand alone role for a little while. You'll have loads of support from the Sydney team and integrate heavily in their practices, but you'll be working autonomously in the Adelaide Suites.
* Innovative thinker with problem-solving skills.
* Passion for technology and the startup industry.
The role is paying a base salary + commissions.
