We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day management of our store in Bluewater (24 hours).
The role involves managing the store to meet company objectives by providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and establishing efficient operational methods to enhance profitability.
The position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on customer service and staff training and development.
Role Overview: Assist the Store Manager in managing the store by delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: Manage a team of consultants through training, coaching, delegating, and empowering them to deliver excellent customer service Lead in resolving customer questions and queries Ensure products are presented and displayed effectively according to guidelines Ensure all products are correctly coded, priced, and POS systems are accurately used Promote the company and store actively within the local marketplace Develop personal skills and knowledge through relevant training materials and store information About The Applicant: Essential: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, experience in a supervisory or managerial role, leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, self-motivated, and commercial awareness.
Desirable: Business-related qualification, previous retail management experience, visual merchandising knowledge.
