About the Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate looking to support with Sales Activities for Kokoda's luxury apartment developments. The successful candidate will enjoy the following responsibilities:
* Shadow experienced Sales Agents, learning best practice customer service, negotiation and closing skills
* Assist in Lead generation and client relationship management
* Assist with process of qualifying clients and managing initial sales enquiries
* Provide Sales support for third party agents, including sales portal management and preparation of sales materials and presentations
* Assist with preparation and distribution of sales reports
* Support and assist the Sales and Marketing reams with general administration tasks as required
* Support with the day-to-day operation of Kokoda House, our interactive Sales display
About You:
As an enthusiastic self-starter, driven by success and committed to the highest standards of customer service, you will thrive with the following attributes:
* Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed in real estate sales
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships
