What You'll Do

* Manage subcontractors, including inductions, safety briefings, and supervision.
* Support mobilisation of operations, including planned maintenance schedules.
* Oversee reactive works from start to completion.
* Conduct quality audits of cleaning staff.
* Lead onsite meetings with the client and stakeholders.
* Carry out minor maintenance, landscaping, and handyman tasks.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
About You

* A trade qualification (landscaping, carpentry, or civil preferred).
* 5+ years trade experience with strong hands-on skills.
* Experience supervising subcontractors and trades.
* Solid knowledge of maintenance trades and ability to assess quality of work.
* A current driver's licence (vehicle provided for onsite use).
* Strong client-facing skills and ability to build relationships.
* A safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) and willingness to learn and use our works management system and contractor management system (Browser-based platforms)
Why Join Us?
* Work Monday–Friday.
* Be part of a supportive team with full backing from ZK in SA and VIC.
* Vehicle provided for on-site use.
* Opportunity to make a real impact in a critical facilities role.
* Join a values-driven organisation that prioritises safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
