This role will see you heavily involved in procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, forecasting, variations, and contract administration while ensuring strong commercial outcomes are achieved. You will become a critical part of the team on a complex and rewarding education project involving specialist builds, complex services coordination, and high-quality delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of subcontract packages Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements Assess and process progress claims and variations Track project costs, budgets, and forecasting Support head contract administration and compliance Drive commercial outcomes and mitigate project risk Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders To Be Successful You will ideally have: Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar Experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder Experience on projects $30M highly regarded Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation ability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Apply?
