About this role Part of the CSR family, our Operational Excellence Business Unit is undertaking the delivery of a new major Capital Works program. We are currently embarking upon one of the biggest capital works programs in the organisation's history, with significant upgrades of our manufacturing and logistics sites to ensure we can meet our future business objectives. We are seeking Senior Project Manager with extensive experience leading large plant, industrial, civil, and infrastructure upgrades. An individual with a proven ability to deliver high ‑ value capital projects in a dynamic environment while driving positive change, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning delivery with long ‑ term business & project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead a multidisciplined project team in a brownfield factory upgrade project valued at between $50 - $100m in capital spend. Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs, and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams. Overall management of all appointed contractors, OEM suppliers and internal operations teams during design, construction and commissioning including site safety, resolving all on-site issues/risks and commercial contractor management. Manage, review, and prioritise the project work plans with the objective to deliver the scope and stay on time and on budget. Implement comprehensive risk and hazard, management, identifying and mitigating high‑risk interfaces early to prevent late‑stage safety and delivery impacts. Track, manage, report and present on project status, budget / spend, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks / opportunities of the project against plan. Strong focus on change management and operational readiness to facilitate the transition from project to BAU operations. Understand project methodologies including experience in delivery of business outcomes and benefits. Able to build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organisation levels. Comply with WHSE obligations in accordance with industry regulations and CSR policies. About You: Degree qualification in Process/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or similar Tertiary qualification in project management 15 years experience in project management Proven ability to successfully deliver projects in complex brownfield environments to an agreed scope on time and within budget. High level of project, organisational and time management skills. Manufacturing experience viewed favourably. Heavy industry experience viewed favourably. What's in for you?
