Training and Development Role
This job involves delivering high-quality workplace training and assessments to site personnel while ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety requirements, and industry regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting competency assessments, maintaining accurate records of training activities, providing instruction on work skills, and supporting the improvement of training practices and safety outcomes.
* A key requirement is a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification (or willingness to obtain) and relevant experience in a mining environment.
