**The Opportunity - About the Role**
Reporting to the General Manger of Organisation Development, the Learning Manager, Systems and Process will lead the Systems Learning team to design, develop and maintain the training and support materials to ensure the ongoing adoption and embedding of the systems at Stockland. Critical to your success in this role will be working closely with internal stakeholders to manage priorities in system learning needs across the business and collaborate on finding learning solutions aligned with business strategy.
**Key Responsibilities Will Include**
- Support the group's ongoing performance using the systems and help ensure the benefits associated with the technology are maximised.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure our learning solutions support the business processes.
- Focus on providing appropriate learning materials and communications to Stockland when new system enhancements and universal changes are made, in a consistent and cost-effective way.
- Governance and Management of all systems learning programs, processes, self-guided materials, and compliance for all employees.
- Accountable for the Learning Strategy to support Stockland Systems and Process.
- Leverage Enable Now to develop a sustainable framework for maintaining and updating the learning and support materials for systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency relating to use of the systems and process.
- Ensure the team design, develop, and deliver relevant materials to support learners needs.
- Determine the criteria used to judge learners' performance and develop relevant assessment instruments.
- Lead the innovation in learning methods: move towards modularised, self-serve, guided learning (e.g. desktop assistant).
- Develop strong relationships with external vendors (e.g. SAP and Salesforce) to ensure appropriate level of planning and support is provided to Stockland for major updates.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in managing a system-based curriculum for large organisation, with the ability to lead a team and manage training resources effectively.
**You should also have**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or degree preferred.
- Proficient with SAP systems, particularly Enable Now (and Desktop Assistant).
- Expertise or competence in SuccessFactors Learning and Salesforce.
- Experience in end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work inter-dependently across various parts of the business to achieve results.
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience in management of program budgets.
