A successful Store Manager will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors. This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
Skills & Experience
Previous management experience, preferably in retail
Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
Experience in developing and coaching a team
Drive policies and procedures
Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant
Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
