Administrative Professional
Mader Group is a global maintenance provider servicing the mining, energy and industrial sectors.
This role involves site mobilisation of personnel, payroll/timesheet processing, travel bookings, uniform ordering, invoicing & monthly reconciliation, general office administration and data entry duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient deployment of staff to sites.
* Process payroll and timesheets in accordance with company policies.
* Arrange travel bookings for employees.
* Source and order uniforms as required.
* Manage invoicing and monthly reconciliations.
* Perform general office administration and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
* Good attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence and maturity to liaise professionally with staff, management, clients and customers.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A friendly and helpful work ethic with a positive outlook.
* Ability to multitask and set priorities.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* A valid Australian driver's licence.
