Majans is investing heavily in its digital marketing capability. We've built internal marketing technology that accelerates how we produce creative, optimise campaigns, and respond to performance data across paid social and retail media.
About the Role
This role is the person who keeps that system running day to day. You'll own creative quality control — reviewing every piece of content before it goes live and ensuring it meets brand standards for Bhuja and Infuzions. You'll manage the production pipeline, handle asset uploads across platforms, and coordinate campaign operations across Meta, Cartology, and Coles360. You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager and work with our internal marketing technology stack daily.
What You'll Own
* Review all creative (images and video concepts) before deployment — nothing goes live without your sign‐off
* Assess creative against brand guidelines for Bhuja and Infuzions — colour, tone, product accuracy, and positioning
* Flag anything that doesn't meet the standard and provide clear, specific feedback on what needs to change
* Approve or reject creative in the production pipeline, tracking items from brief through to deployment
* Benchmark creative quality against professional photography standards and log assessments
* Contribute to improving creative output quality over time through structured feedback
Production Pipeline Management
* Run the weekly creative production cycle — review flagged ads, confirm replacement briefs, oversee new content generation
* Manage the weekly content batch: review outputs, approve for the content library, ensure volume targets are met
* Track all creative items through the production pipeline from brief through to deployment
* Monitor performance of recently deployed creative and flag results for review
* Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on any items requiring strategic input
Asset and Campaign Operations
* Upload approved creative to Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms
* Manage asset libraries across platforms — naming conventions, folder structures, version control
* Execute campaign changes in Cartology (Woolworths) and Coles360 retail media portals
* Upload product imagery to retailer supplier portals (Woolworths NPC, Coles Supplier Central)
* Maintain the creative performance log — ensure every deployment is properly tracked
Reporting and Coordination
* Pull weekly performance data from Meta Ads Manager, Cartology, and Coles360 for dashboard input
* Log ecommerce revenue data weekly (Woolworths, Coles) into the tracking system
* Prepare the weekly creative performance summary for the Marketing Manager
* Flag anomalies, spend issues, or platform changes that require attention
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years in digital marketing, social media, or a marketing operations role
* Strong visual eye — you can tell when an image looks off‐brand, low quality, or doesn't meet a professional standard
* Comfortable working in Meta Ads Manager (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Highly organised — you can manage a pipeline of 20+ creative items per week without dropping anything
* Detail‐oriented — you spot the small things (wrong colour, misaligned text, incorrect product shot)
* Comfortable with technology and new tools — this role involves working with internal marketing technology daily
* Clear communicator — you can articulate why something doesn't work, not just that it doesn't
Nice to Have
* Experience in FMCG, food, or CPG marketing
* Familiarity with retail media platforms (Cartology, Coles360)
* Experience with creative production workflows or asset management
* Interest in marketing technology and how it's changing marketing operations
* Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
Why This Role Is Different
Most coordinator roles involve executing someone else's plan. This one involves operating a marketing system that's more sophisticated than what most agencies run for their clients.
You'll develop an eye for what makes creative perform. You'll understand the full chain from performance data to creative production to deployment — something most marketers at this level never see end to end.
If you're curious about where marketing is going and want hands‐on experience with how technology is reshaping the function, this is an unusual opportunity at a company that's genuinely ahead of the curve.
