Your Role as a Store Manager:
As the Store Manager of their Chermside Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 6 jewellery professionals.
* Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPI targets.
* Uphold the brand's image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.

* Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
