About the Role
This role supports a busy sales agent with end-to-end sales administration and light PA duties. You will manage files from pre-listing through to settlement, prepare advertising and documentation, and assist with the occasional open inspection. This is a hands-on support role, suited to someone who already understands sales processes and can operate independently.
Duties
* Prepare and process sales files end-to-end
* Upload listings and manage advertising documentation
* Collate property information (titles, zoning, land size)
* Liaise with vendors, conveyancers and suppliers
* Assist with open inspections on Saturdays
Skills & Experience
* Current SA real estate licence (essential)
* Strong knowledge of sales admin and compliance processes
* Confident preparing contracts and documentation
* Able to work independently with minimal training
* Available Saturdays, Mondays + one weekday
