Job Summary
This is a 12-month contract position as a Marketing Executive for News Corp Australia's Print Sales team in Sydney. The role will assist in promoting sales of national newspapers through briefings, creative development, post-campaign reports and more.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing consumer-promotions to drive newspaper sales across News Corp Australia's metropolitan and regional network.
* Manage a large number of creative assets and versions with excellent attention to detail for accurate and on-time delivery.
* Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement with insight driven improvements.
* Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for marketing initiatives and monitoring campaign ROI.
* Monitor the success of campaigns and provide regular reports on performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Media, Creative and Sales colleagues as well as 3rd parties including promotional agencies, clients and media partners.
* Managing promotional calendars for team activity and being the team's key contact for daily ad delivery and tracking.

The required skills and experience include 2+ years of experience in marketing, proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns against budget, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment, ability to work autonomously, showing initiative and taking ownership of tasks, strong analytical skills, thorough attention to detail and solid grasp of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
