We are seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to support our Service Manager and manage the flow of sales and service work from enquiry through to completion. This role suits someone who enjoys being the central point of contact, keeping things organised, and taking ownership of day to day coordination.
Key responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and multiple email inboxes
* Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations
* Processing customer sales orders
* Creating supplier purchase orders
* Providing pricing for minor system upgrades
* Coordinating technician schedules to ensure timely service delivery
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing
* Inventory and stock control
* Database management, data entry and reporting
* General office administration and other tasks as required
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident written and verbal communication
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities
* Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administration is preferred
* Proactive, reliable, and team focused with a customer first mindset
No prior experience is required, however experience in scheduling, customer service, or administration would be beneficial.

Requirements
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Queensland Security Adviser Licence
* National Police Check
* Queensland drivers licence (manual preferred)
