Process Excellence Manager – Milestone Systems
We are looking for a Process Excellence Manager to drive clarity, remove blockers, and establish a strong Product Operating Model at our global video management software provider.

What you'll be doing
You will play a key role in helping Product & Tech Group adopt and operate within the new Product Operating Model by working with leaders, Product Trios, and teams to ensure structures, workflows, and decision paths are clear and easy to navigate. You'll identify and remove organizational blockers, strengthen alignment across levels, and support teams through change in a collaborative and safe environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Product & Tech Group in adopting the new Product Operating Model
Work with leaders, Product Trios, and teams to clarify structures, workflows, and decision paths
Identify and remove organizational blockers and strengthen alignment across levels
Document and keep processes well-documented, easy to follow
Support people through change in a safe and collaborative way
Monitor progress through metrics, feedback, and ongoing learning
Qualifications
At least five years of experience with change management and driving large-scale transformations in a software organization
Strong change-management skills and ability to guide people through new ways of working
Experience collaborating across functions and dissolving silos
Understanding of agile ways of working and how to create focus and flow in teams
Ability to design, refine, and roll out processes that are structured and practical
Excellent communication and ability to get people onboard through dialogue rather than mandates
Enjoy coaching leaders and teams to build confidence and ownership in new practices
Balance long-term thinking with the ability to get things done
Relevant degree (e.g., BSc or MSc in Business, Engineering, or related fields)
Curious, people-focused, and motivated by helping others succeed
