The General Manager Clinical Services (GMCS) provides expert professional clinical leadership, direction, and management of all PCSE clinical staff. The role oversees the delivery of nursing, allied health, and supportive care functions, ensuring safe, high-quality, and client-centred services.
The GMCS leads strategic service development, innovative program planning, and workforce capability initiatives that deliver best practice outcomes in holistic, interdisciplinary palliative care.
The incumbent works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of the executive and provides authoritative clinical advice and deputises for the CEO when required. The GMCS role models collaborative, accountable, and values-driven leadership across the organisation.
