About the Role
We are looking for individuals seeking a flexible, part‐time role within the corporate sector. You will support a range of client accounts and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
The Opportunity
* Be the heart of the workplace and first point of engagement with customers
* Welcome and greet staff and guests on arrival
* Elevate the customer experience every day through front‐of‐house activities
* Regain work‐life balance and work the days that suit your schedule
* Support the Facilities team with day‐to‐day operations of the site
* Manage and complete administrative tasks required
* Roles available range from Concierge, Receptionist to Workplace Experience Coordinator
* We are looking for people with both part time and full time availability

* Is confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively
* Is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer‐centric approach to all tasks
* Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills
* Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem‐solve
* Has intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
