About the organisation
Our client is a global, APAC-led manufacturer and brand house in a high-volume consumer and trade category. They operate across multiple markets, sell through major retail and distribution channels, and back their portfolio with serious supply chain capability, marketing investment, and product innovation. In ANZ, they are doubling down on channel growth and execution, and they need a commercially sharp operator to lead that charge.
The opportunity
This is a high-autonomy national role: you own the ANZ account plan, build the partner network, and lift sell-in and sell-out performance. You will be front-and-centre with key customers, and you will have the internal support to get things done, fast.
Key responsibilities
* Own the ANZ go-to-market plan and deliver sales and margin targets
* Grow the customer pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable revenue
* Expand distribution partners and increase share of wallet
* Drive multi-brand positioning and reduce channel conflict
* Lead joint business planning with customers, including promotions and pricing levers
* Forecast demand and support planning to protect service levels
* Stay on top of CRM hygiene and reporting cadence
* Build proposals, run reviews, and present outcomes with confidence
* Coordinate cross-functionally to solve customer issues quickly
* Support capability uplift with customer teams where needed
What you'll bring
* 5+ years in B2B account management or sales across distribution-led industries
* Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and stakeholder credibility
* Evidence you can grow revenue, not just manage relationships
* High ownership, organised, resilient, and comfortable with autonomy
* Confident with CRM and Excel
* Full driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
Highly regarded
* Experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial supply, or adjacent categories
* Multi‑brand portfolio and channel strategy exposure
* Retail execution or field enablement experience
