Your Skill Set
* Extensive knowledge/experience in transport operations
* Ability to effectively do weekly rosters and scheduling to include excursions and sports events
* Fleet coordination and driver supervision
* Compliance with QT transport and student safety regulations
* Risk management and incident response
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Stakeholder coordinator and communication (parents, staff, school leadership, service providers)
* Proficient in Microsoft suite as well as transport technologies.
About You
* Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community
* Passionate about student wellbeing and safety on the road
* Clear driving history
* Current Drivers Licence (MR or HR) and Drivers Authority (or willingness to obtain)
* Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* School fleet experience desired
