They are seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer with a strong foundation in Multi-Residential and High-Rise projects. You'll take on design ownership, manage key project packages, and help guide junior team members. Key Responsibilities Contribute to concept design, space planning, material selections, and documentation Develop design packages across SD, DD, and CD phases Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal architectural teams Attend design meetings, contribute ideas, and support project design direction Produce presentation material and assist with FF&E documentation Ensure design quality and compliance with building codes and project requirements Support in reviewing and refining project details, documentation, and specifications About You 5 years’ local experience as an Interior Designer Proven experience in Multi-Residential and High-Rise projects (essential) Strong design sensibility and passion for contemporary interiors Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite (preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple project stages A collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor junior designers How to Apply If you're a driven designer looking for meaningful career progression and the chance to work on high‑profile projects, we’d love to hear from you!
