Territory Manager - VIC Healthcare Equipment
Location: Epping, VIC + Greater Melbourne

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong sense of integrity, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio while delivering genuine value to customers. The successful candidate will work closely with hospitals, aged care facilities, and clinics, helping clients choose the right products through demonstrations, trials, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Client Nurturing:
o Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular, structured engagement.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive long-term retention.
o Deliver consistent follow-up across a 30/60/90-day client engagement cycle.
2. Business Development & Sales Growth:
o Proactively pursue new business through cold calling, lead follow-up, and in-person sales visits.
o Develop and execute strategies to grow the territory in alignment with company goals.
o Collaborate with internal Corporate Accounts and Marketing teams to maximise regional potential.
3. Product Demonstration & Technical Expertise:
o Conduct product demonstrations and equipment trials tailored to client needs.
o Manage conditional inspections, prepare accurate quotes, and support customers throughout the decision-making process.
o Act as a knowledgeable consultant and trusted advisor to clinical and commercial stakeholders.
4. Sales Cycle & Territory Planning:
o Use structured planning tools to manage the full sales cycle across a multi-product portfolio.
o Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update CRM tools (NetSuite and HubSpot) with precision.
o Approach territory management with a proactive and strategic mindset.
5. Training & Team Contribution:
o Support the delivery of both internal and external training initiatives.
o Participate in team huddles, trade shows, and industry events.
o Assist with technical support and product delivery when required.

6. Willingness to travel interstate 2–4 times per quarter for meetings, events, and support.
