The** Supporting Recovery** program will deliver Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV) trauma-informed mental health care services within South West Sydney to support victim-survivors in their longer-term recovery.
**Key elements of the service include**:
- Victim-survivors of FDSV and their families have access for up to 2 years to evidence-based trauma informed mental health care.
- Provision of psychological therapies and other appropriate wellbeing and social interventions.
- Collaborations with other services to facilitate coordination of care and assist with referral pathways.
- Community engagement activities to increase community awareness.
**What you'll be doing**
A great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to provide supervision and development to a Mental Health Practitioner team, ensuring the implementation of effective person-centred practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all program staff are well supported with appropriate clinical supervision and professional development staff
- Working collaboratively with Local Care Team, Anglicare colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for program clients
- Providing evidence-based therapies to victim survivors of FDSV for up to 2 years
- Collaborating with other services to facilitate coordination of care and assisting with referral pathways
- Engaging with the community to increase awareness, encourage help-seeking behaviour, recovery and healing through trauma-informed mental health care and available supports

**What you will need**
- Tertiary degree qualification applicable to role - i.e. psychology, counselling, social work, nursing or similar
- Registration with relevant professional body - i.e. minimum level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA, AASW mental health social worker accreditation
- Extensive experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges and FDSV (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a high performing team and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Previous experience supporting CALD clients
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC
