***The Role**
Based at our stunning beachfront location in Coolangatta, from our beautiful parks and resorts, and from your home office, a role within this reputable organisation will shape an exciting, next step, in your career journey.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and ensuring that on-site, park managers and their teams are fully supported in their roles. You will also ensure that the management unit is compliant, profitable, sustainable and achieves business plan objectives through the provision of a high standard of management services, accommodation offerings, activities and associated services.
Key elements of the role include:
- Providing ongoing support to and maintain good working relationships with park managers, suppliers and clients.
- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing correspondence to guests, residents and long-term casuals, including the drafting of all communication and agreements.
- Constructing and sharing written responses to guest complaints in consultation with the Operati Assisting in ensuring that all front office systems and functions at various properties are managed in line with company policies, procedures and standards.
- Assisting the Operations Manager to ensure that properties comply with cash flow management strategies. These include but are not limited to; debt obligations, payroll, debtor's management, supplier payments, banking processes, cash float and petty cash management, and bank reconciliation sign off.
**How do you measure up?**
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, providing support to senior managers.
- Reservation system software experience (advantageous).
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised.
- The ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- The flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
