We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our brand new vibrant offices in Melbourne & Sydney
**You will be responsible for**:
- Being the first point of contact at our new offices
- You will be managing team reception duties (e.g. managing the office inbox, handling of phone calls, customer enquires mail and meeting room bookings)
- Welcome walk-in clients & guests at the centre and handle walk-in tours for visitors
- Manage day to day administrative duties (invoicing, purchase order creation, purchasing of office and pantry supplies, inventory control)
- Centre management which includes maintaining the general upkeep, ensuring that the facilities of the centre is well maintained, and other centre logistics
- Assist in the event logistics (e.g. pre-event set up and preparation) and network with members
**Requirements for the role include**:
- Friendly & personable with excellent verbal communication skills
- Result and client oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
- Client focused with the desire to work within the co-working service industry
- Experience in serviced office, reception or hospitality industry an advantage
