Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Monitor stock levels, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and customer service principles.
Languages:
English is the primary language spoken in this role, but proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Education:
Tertiary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Working Hours:
Full-time position, approximately 80% of working time spent on feet, occasional lifting of items up to 10kg required.
