Assistant in Nursing (AIN) - Casual - Collaroy
Salary: AUD45.96 - AUD49.43 per hour + Penalties plus Super

Randstad Aged Care is actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) for flexible casual shift opportunities across reputable aged care facilities in the Collaroy area. This is a fantastic prospect to gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of residents while enjoying a flexible work schedule.
As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you will provide essential support to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You'll assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and provide emotional support, all while observing and reporting any changes to nursing staff.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in personal care, preferably in Australian aged care.
- A genuine passion for caring for residents and a commitment to person-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Willingness to obtain current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
