Job Description
This position involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide case management and supervision of Enrolled Nurses in an Aged Care setting.
The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team that delivers clinical and non-clinical services across the Western NSW Local Health District to support older people.
The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.

About The Role
* To oversee the provision of care to patients in an Aged Care facility, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained.
* To supervise and coordinate the activities of Enrolled Nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
* To conduct regular rounds of the facility, assessing patient needs and making recommendations for care.
* To develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, social situation, and personal preferences.
* To provide education and training to staff on relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in Aged Care.
* To contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring they are evidence-based and meet regulatory requirements.
