We're seeking a part-time Assistant Team Leader to join our team at Hill Street's South Hobart Store.
This role suits applicants with previous customer service experience in food retail or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide attentive support.
* Leverage your passion for working with food and people.
* Assist in leading, teaching, and nurturing your team, as well as department organization.
* Show energy, initiative, and willingness to take direction.
* Maintain company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
* Achieve ongoing daytime availability on at least 3–4 days per week and every second weekend.
* Demonstrate physical fitness for lifting and standing.
