Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
* 5+ years' minimum experience as an HR generalist.
* Demonstrated experience with Australian industrial relations and HR compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex ER/IR grievances and investigations.
* Extensive knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including provision of advice to managers and employees, as well as appropriate report writing for target audience.
* Willingness to be part of an organisation that supports professional growth and rewards efforts.
* Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
* Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
