Service Allocator Job
We are seeking an experienced Service Allocator to join our team.
This role involves building pivotal relationships with internal and external clients, and requires exceptional customer service communication skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated mechanical experience in a Customer Service role, proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and be able to schedule servicing and repair bookings, create job numbers, job cards, allocate and communicate with workshop mechanics.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the stores division for parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery
* Directly handling client equipment drop off and collection
* Coordinating 3rd party attendances for COI, OEM diagnostics, etc.
* Liaising with clients for service updates, repairs, and any additional requirements
Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Management, Administration, Procurement, and Mechanical teams to assist in creating quotations and service reports, collate relevant workshop and parts information to complete invoices, and communicate with clients for repair approvals and invoice closures.
