Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems including Fume Cupboards.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
* Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
* Prepare comprehensive service reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Stay updated on HVAC technology advancements.
* Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
* Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the HVAC industry.
* Understanding of OH&S requirements.
* Valid driver's license, refrigerant handling license, white card, Restricted Electrical Workers D License, and plumbing commission registration.
* Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualification.
