Australia's most exciting luxury brand is seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join their global Creative team. You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside our Creative Director and Producer in production planning and logistics for our global marketing campaigns and innovative offline activations. The ideal candidate will have a creative passion for storytelling, branding, and visual content, thriving in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Creative Producer with planning, organising and logistics for all domestic and global campaigns, activations and events.
* Collaborate and contribute campaign ideas with the marketing team to build brand awareness and sales across different platforms.
* Develop project timelines and coordinate across teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Build a network of external creatives and vendors including photographers, stylists, hair & makeup artists, models, etc.
* Capture BTS footage on-set.
* Manage studio inventory on and off set.
* Manage content library
* Coordinate asset requests from internal and external teams.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content production, or creative coordination role
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design platforms
* Photography or video production experience is a strong plus
* Proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Capture One, project management platforms, and asset storage systems
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-orientated environment
