About the Role
We are a compassionate Psychiatry & Psychology clinic in Brisbane seeking a telehealth, Queensland-based GP to join us
You will be paid a guaranteed hourly rate (regardless of bookings or cancellations) to help support our ADHD and mental health services.
This role focuses on providing ADHD assessments, diagnosis and ongoing ADHD care for Queensland patients, alongside general mental health support where appropriate
Higher-risk or clinically complex patient presentations are identified through screening and managed through an alternate pathway
Our patients are generally motivated and engaged in appropriate assessment and treatment (rather than seeking quick or inappropriate prescribing)
This role offers income certainty, stability, and flexibility, including the ability to work from home and choose preferred hours, without the unpaid downtime, admin burden, or financial risk often associated with contractor arrangements.
What You'll Do
* Conduct ADHD assessments for QLD patients (16+)
* Provide diagnosis, treatment planning and medication initiation (if appropriate)
* Offer ongoing ADHD review and mental health support
* Work collaboratively with our psychiatry and psychology team
* Use our streamlined systems for notes, templates and workflow
* Minimal admin - our team handles intake, booking and paperwork
Remuneration
* Guaranteed hourly rate - paid for rostered hours regardless of cancellations or no-shows
* GP contractor rate of $250 per hour (incl. GST & super)

What We're Looking For
* AHPRA-registered General Practitioner (FRACGP or equivalent)
* Based in Queensland
* Confident in, or interested in, developing skills in ADHD assessment & management skills
* Comfortable managing mental health presentations within a structured governance framework
* Warm, empathetic, patient-centred communication style
* Reliable, organised and values-aligned
* Able to start as soon as possible
