Clear IT Solutions is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) that is looking to add to their technical team. Centrally located in Robina, Clear IT is a great environment for someone looking to put their IT skills to good use. We are proud of our dynamic team and are looking to add to our talented group of technicians.

Clear IT delivers Business IT solutions for clients throughout the Greater Gold Coast. We service the Legal, Medical, Veterinary, Real Estate, Accounting, Education and Aviation industries. Our goal is to provide the highest-grade support with the best solutions that will ensure business continuity in all circumstances.

Details regarding the position we are seeking to fill:

- Supporting clients using Windows Server OS environments either on premises or cloud-based systems. Server 2012 to 2019 with Hyper-V management, migration and setup.
- Hardware procurement from our hardware partners such as Dell, HPE and Lenovo.
- Management of Microsoft 365 Business systems and licensing. From user management to migrations and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Data and endpoint protection through a multi-layered security approach.
- Management of Backups to Cloud systems and on premises with our data protection partner programs. Experience with any major backup platform will be useful.

We are looking for:
Someone with a passion for IT and a desire to improve their overall skill level. Some experience working for a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) is desired but not essential. Professionalism, patience, good humour and organisation are essential for the role. The ability to work both within a team and autonomously is critical. Researching and trying new solutions is also a key trait we are seeking. Prioritising jobs and communicating well with clients in both written and verbal forms will also be an asset. A valid driver's license and the legal right to work in Australia are also a must for the position.
- Windows Server Operating Systems
- Remote Desktop Solutions, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online management and SharePoint Online systems.
- Experience with network devices, firewalls. Ubiquiti, Meraki and Watchguard experience would be highly valued in an applicant.
- Experience with Connect Wise Automate, Labtech or other MSP Help Desk systems.
- Device management and setup of workstations, laptops mobile devices and servers.
