We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumus Imaging Campbelltown.
In this patient-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—creating a welcoming environment and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
This is a permanent Part-Time opportunity offering 30 hours per week, on site parking and easy access to public transport.
What You'll Be Doing- Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings with professionalism and care- Handling patient enquiries and providing clear, empathetic information- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry- Processing Medicare billing, payments, and end-of-day banking- Assisting clinical staff to keep daily operations running smoothly- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
