Job Description We’re looking for a new Sales Support Officer to join our Group Support Centre team in Horsham! If you’re someone with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-first mindset – we want to hear from you. While experience is great, we value capability and attitude most. With solid training plans in place and well-established processes, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with us. About the Role This full-time role will see you working centrally from Horsham, supporting our Sales teams across our branch network throughout Victoria and South Australia. You’ll be busy with tasks such as: Processing and reconciling invoices Tracking and maintaining sales records Preparing and organising key documentation Providing administrative support to our Sales teams Liaising across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For This role would suit someone who is: Detail-oriented – you enjoy following structured processes and take pride in accuracy Customer-focused – you’re a confident communicator who delivers high-quality internal service Solution-driven – you collaborate well to solve problems and prioritise the customer experience Numbers-savvy – while no formal accounting qualification is needed, you’re logical and comfortable working with figures Tech-confident – you have solid Excel skills and are eager to learn new systems Organised and proactive – you manage your time well and enjoy supporting a busy team Team-focused – you work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment Experienced in admin – any previous experience in administration will be an advantage Interested in agriculture – knowledge of the industry is helpful, but not essential What’s in It for You?
