We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our FOH. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must. The ability to work under pressure and still remain calm in a busy environment is essential to this position as is a happy friendly nature.
Restaurant Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
Experience in Asian Restaurant (Thai advantageous) Oversee all FOH staff incl juniors, Weekly Rosters and Budgets
Coffee Making skills essential
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Maintain quality control for all food served
Stock Orders
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
Comupter literate in Mobipos or similar POS
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for FOH staff
Attend P&L meetings
Ability to work split shift when necessary. We are open 7 days 9am-8 & 9pm w/e
Tertiary qualification desirable but not essential
