Duties and responsibilities include:
* Documentation and maintaining comprehensive records
* Corresponding with staff members to ensure clear communication, address concerns, and provide necessary updates on company policies and procedures
* Assisting with the onboarding process
* Assisting with payroll processing
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Keen interest in the People and Culture space
* Experience within People and Culture is desirable though not essential
