The Role:

Due to growth within our sales team, MRC is seeking an energetic and motivated Front office, Sales administrator, to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our Sales Associates, Event Coordinator, and Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing support to the sales team, and assisting with daily administrative duties.

Daily duties:

* Respond promptly to customer requests, processing orders, forms, and other queries using our CRM

* Manage all inbound phone calls for the Head office team

* Record all customer correspondence and manage returns or complaints following established procedures

* Assist in administrative tasks for event coordination and course preparation

* Manage new customer leads, directing to the correct regional team

* Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required

* Manage our Case Support services

* Process domestic and international payments

* Manage our subscription and website enquires

* Basic ad hoc duties – housekeeping for the sales centre and head office teams

Your Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent time management organisational abilities

* Attention to detail must be of a high level

* Ability to learn quickly and work independently

* Clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with healthcare professionals

* Professional presentation and attitude

* Team player with a strong work ethic

* Self-motivated and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service

* Administration experience – essential

* Experience using Dynamcis365 CRM – Preferred but not essential
