Parks and Reserves Team Leader Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to oversee the maintenance of our parks and reserves in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the parks and reserves maintenance team
* Ensure the effective management of resources, including staff, equipment, and materials
* Develop and implement strategies to improve park and reserve amenities and services
Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Horticulture or equivalent qualification
* Proven supervisory experience in a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
* A competitive salary range of $76,368 to $79,093 plus superannuation
* A medium rigid driver's license is required for this position
