We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our friendly Sunshine Coast team, providing in-home nursing support to clients living in Pelican Waters and surrounding areas.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide in-home nursing support to clients with varying care needs across Pelican Waters.
Duties include:
* Personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers (using hoists or aids)
* Medication administration and monitoring
* Support with meals and hydration
* Observation and management of medical conditions or clinical events
* Accurate documentation and detailed handovers
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and family members
* Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life within the home
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and AHPRA registration
* Minimum 2 years' experience in homecare, community nursing, or high-acuity settings
* Experience with post-stroke, disability, or complex care support
* Manual handling experience and competency with equipment (hoists, transfer aids, etc.)
* Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent communication, professionalism, and compassion
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
