Digital Enablement Function
The IT & Digital Enablement function is key to driving future growth and success. We have over 150 people across a range of specialist functions, ensuring innovation and effective work across all business areas.
Your Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support key digital projects. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring successful delivery, maintaining and enhancing documentation tools and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders throughout project stages.
* Develop business requirements, user stories, and process flows using agile tools, and maintain traceability and governance.
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and balancing stakeholder expectations.
* Participate in functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and objectives.
* Collaborate with teams on digital projects, including websites, e-commerce, and CRM, to ensure successful project delivery.
Skill Requirements
* Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth project delivery across cross-functional and offshore teams.
* Familiarity with digital technologies, including Umbraco, Hubspot, SAP, POS, and eCommerce applications (helpful but not essential).
* Strong analytical skills, focused on understanding business needs, defining requirements, and driving successful outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear documents, present ideas effectively, and facilitate workshops to build strong stakeholder relationships.
