About the Opportunity
Part of our growing Queensland team, this Brisbane based role reports to the Project Marketing Manager. This role is essential in supporting our marketing and sales efforts in our land-lease communities by managing sales collateral, online listings, event coordination, and marketing administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Accountabilities
* Photography/Videography: Coordinate and manage the production of high-quality photography and video content for property listings.
* Asset development: Work with external agencies to update computer-generated imagery (CGI) and floorplans for marketing materials.
* Estate Signage: Assist with the creation and installation of estate signage.
* Collateral: Assist with the creation, printing, and distribution of sales collateral, ensuring content is correct and up to date.
* Assist in the coordination and execution of a range of events.
* Uploading & Managing Content: Maintain and update online property listings, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compelling.
* Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of online listings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* POS/Signage at Sales Offices: Ensure all point-of-sale materials and signage at sales offices and events are up to date and aligned with brand standards.
* Purchase order creation and invoice payment for marketing-related work.
* Assisting in providing project marketing financial reports.
What do you bring?
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience supporting property marketing activities, including collateral coordination, online listings, event support, and signage. You will have strong communicationskills, confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing administration, reporting, and basic financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice handling would be highly regarded. Previous experience in retirement communities, or land lease is essential.
