Acquisition Marketing Specialist

This is a pivotal role in supporting the acquisition team's efforts across advertising, campaign management, and digital administration. Reporting directly to the acquisition marketing manager, this position involves managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various self-serve platforms as well as any direct acquisition & brand led partnerships.

This role will primarily be focused on the US market but may work with the wider global team on other regions when resourcing is required. This is a great opportunity for you if you have hands-on experience running paid acquisition marketing campaigns and want to progress your experience, owning acquisition across a selection of platforms. This is an agile environment where you will learn a lot quickly, have access to in-depth data to inform your strategies and be well supported by an experienced team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and executing the acquisition marketing strategy including assisting with the ideation of campaign strategies and creative concepts.
* Performing weekly and monthly reporting and leading brand media buys throughout peak periods.
* Leading AppsFlyer integration and setup for publishers, partners, and affiliates and continually challenging the way things are done, coming up with approaches and strategies that deliver a competitive edge.


Requirements:

* Experience in a similar brand or agency role with demonstrated knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter Ads, and Facebook Ads platform tools, including reporting functionality.
* Experience performing split testing and creating multiple ad variants with excellent copywriting skills, particularly strong CTAs and concise headlines.
* A proactive and creative approach, with the ability to challenge the norm to drive results and experience with reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
