An exciting opportunity is now available for a Sales Administration Assistant to support one of the office's leading sales performers. Reporting directly to the Director, this is a fast paced, hands on role offering variety, responsibility, and exposure to high value property transactions.
About the Role
This role is office based with frequent travel throughout the day and will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and being closely involved in the sales process. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting the success of the sales team.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off, typically Thursday or Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day to day administrative support to a high performing sales agent
* Prospecting and database management
* Managing sales files from listing through to settlement
* Assisting with appraisals and property listings
* Preparing sales and marketing collateral
* Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Coordinating marketing campaigns and advertising for listed properties
* Managing and updating the CRM system (Box and Dice)
* Organising client gifts, events, and follow ups
* Managing social media content
* General office and sales administration
About You
* Previous experience in real estate administration is ideal but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* A positive, can do attitude and professional presentation
* Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Full Australian working rights
