About the Role
We are looking for our next Senior Strata Manager to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Managing correspondence via phone and written communications
Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
Attending Meetings
Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirements
Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant
About You
Have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
Be experienced in handling BMS's and layered schemes
Have experience at reviewing financials and drafting budgets
Have experience at drafting agendas, minutes and running meetings, including committee and general meetings
Be conversant in strata legislation - BCCM, BUGTA
Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
