About the Role
As a CNS, you will:
- Deliver high-quality mental health triage and acute assessments in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, interventions, and case management for a designated caseload using a recovery-oriented framework.
- Collaborate with clients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic, person-centred care for individuals experiencing mental illness.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current registration (RN Level 4.1 or above).
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health triage and acute mental health assessment.
- Proven ability to manage complex clinical presentations and coordinate care effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to recovery principles and trauma-informed care.
