Primary objective
To deliver training and provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Training Team, enabling the effective delivery of
training and support services.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Where required, deliver training and provide support services
2. Assist with coordinating the planning and scheduling of resources to support the delivery of instructor-led training and end user
support services in accordance with the needs of the business.
1. Assist Trainers with preparing for training sessions and provide practical support and assistance during a session when required.
2. Actively contribute to identifying and analysing emerging trends in training and support requests.
3. Assist with developing, reviewing, updating and publishing of training materials, including maintenance of intranet content.
4. Monitor trainer acquittals and end users feedback, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups.
5. Undertake the development and maintenance of course containers within the MyLearning System (the NT Government's Learning
Management System) ensuring that configuration settings are compliant with MyLearning's standards.
1. Provide high level administrative support to the training team and assist with the management of Training Team assets.
2. Assist with the identification of opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training team processes, systems and
service delivery.
10. Assist with the development, extraction and analysis of internal and external reports to support opportunities and improve
efficiency/effectiveness of delivering services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
11. Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a range of key stakeholders.

Selection criteria
Essential
1. Demonstrated high level oral and written communications skills, including strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills with ability to
liaise effectively with people from diverse cultures.
2. Demonstrated sound administrative, organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work
cooperatively within a team to meet deadlines and priorities.
3. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of commitment to service, innovation, ethical practice,
accountability, impartiality, diversity and respect.
4. Demonstrated flexibility and resilience, with a strong client-focus, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change, work under

1. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret information and produce reports as required.
Desirable
1. Understanding of Service Management practices/processes.
2. Experience using a Learning Management System.
1. Experience in delivering end user training or the ability and willingness to develop this capability.
